work with us

acre's goal is to disrupt.

what we want to do

today, over half of U.S. farm labor is immigrant labor — a trend that is becoming increasingly unsustainable. new autonomous tractors cost $600k+, putting them out of reach for most farmers.

our main ambition is to allow any farmer access to autonomous tractors by developing a retrofit kit that gives any tractor the ability to be autonomous. it must be affordable, farmer‑installable, and easily repairable. we aim to build fleets of data‑farming tractor robots that help farmers better understand their crops and land.

what we are looking for

we are looking for people who are equally passionate about disrupting the farming industry and willing to eat shit while doing it. ideally you have well‑rounded experience in the following areas:

if you feel that you check a lot of those boxes, please reach out—we'd love to talk. both those interested in interning (with compensation) or co‑founding are welcome! as a precursor: we are two 19‑year‑olds who are fast‑moving and don't have time for bullshit.
